Product Description

Choose your weave, own your game. This paddle platform uses a genuine raw (uncoated) carbon fiber face in 3K, 12K, 18K, or structural 3D 18K triaxial weave—no paint, no spray-on grit that wears off. The exposed weave itself is the texture: it bites the ball for high-RPM spin (1,800–3,400 RPM range depending on K-count) and stays consistent for seasons. Pair it with a 14mm/16mm PP honeycomb or thermoformed foam core, and you get a tournament-legal paddle that scales from finesse control to baseline firepower. USAPA approved, OEM/white-label ready.

Key Features & Advantages

1. Raw Carbon Weave, Not Painted Grit

Raw carbon means clear-resin-only bonding—the weave stays exposed. Unlike coated faces that lose grit in 50–150 hrs, raw 3K/12K/18K keeps its friction curve flat for 1–3 yrs of heavy play. Spin comes from fiber geometry, not sand.

2. Weave Count = Playing Profile

3K (3,000 filaments/tow): Tightest twill, most uniform face, softer plush feedback. Best for control players, dink/resets, precise placement.

12K: Mid-bundle weave, balanced grit and power. The all-rounder—versatile for 3.0–4.5 doubles.

18K: Large tows, stiffer face, faster ball exit and bigger mechanical sweet spot (75–82% of face). Built for drivers, topspin attackers, put-away power.

3D 18K: Triaxial (60° multi-yarn) raised weave—structural texture, not a print. Highest directional grip, longest dwell, best off-center stability. Pro/competitive spin weapon.

3. Textured by Structure, Not by Coating

3D 18K and raw 18K rely on woven relief (peaks 2–3 mm micro-texture) to meet USAPA Rz ≤ 30 μm without illegal grit spray. You get legal spin that survives sweat, dirt, and 300+ play days.

4. Thermoformed or Cold-Press Ready

Available in glue-pressed (softer, value tier) or heat-pressed unibody (crisper, edge-foam stabilized, zero glue seams). Same face, two feel profiles—brands can segment SKUs without changing tooling.

5. Core-Compatible Platform

Works with 16mm PP honeycomb (control), 14mm PP (speed), or Gen3 EPP/EVA foam (hybrid). The raw face adapts: 3K softens a 14mm core; 18K/3D 18K wakes up a 16mm core.

6. Arm-Friendly & Custom-Ready

Matte raw finish cuts glare; exposed weave dampens better than painted glassy faces. Ergonomic grip, 7.8–8.2 oz tuning, full OEM options (shape, thickness, graphic, grip, edge, packaging).
